These new sun shade clips improve upon the OEM design to hold the sun shade more securely; gone are the days of your sun shade falling in your lap! These handsome pieces are CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum, and come with 8 new M5 screws.

The Toyota AW11 MR2 came factory with sun shades for the glass T-Top. Over time the original clips either break or aren’t long enough to hold in a sagging or bowed sun shade, causing the sun shade to fall on the driver!

We’ve carefully designed and tested these new clips to fit perfectly in the factory T-Top and sun shade. All edges are delicately radiused and chamfered for a high quality look and feel.

These new sun shade clips are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to work with either the factory JIS M5 screws or the new DIN screws supplied in each set. Optionally, you can choose JIS screws if you’ve lost your original screws and want that super flush look.

Each set of sun shades come with:

  • 4 new sun shade clips

  • 8 new M5x0.8 DIN screws [Optional JIS M5x0.8 screws]
